1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on December 2011;

A. On December 21, 201, the Defendant forged private document under the title “A consent to shortening the period” with a computer at the Edididiy Office located in Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon as the “Written Consent to Small and Medium-Term Reduction” (hereinafter “C”) that “I consent without any objection to the effect that I would not give the maximum period under Article 418 of the Commercial Act and Article 419 of the Commercial Act,” “I have printed out the document stating “I”, “I have the right to affix their seals on their rights and obligations,” “I have forged one written consent to shortening the period under the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of using the seal affixed to C, and under the title “I have renounced the subscription to new shares (part 1)” that “I have the old board of directors, which is the shareholder of the company, but is the shareholder of the company, waiveing the subscription to shares by the 10th day of 210-year 210.

After printing out the document stating “C” and “C”, etc. on December 21, 201, the shareholder column forged a copy of a letter of waiver of acceptance of new shares (part) in the name of C, which is a private document pertaining to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the seal affixed on the name C.

B. On December 22, 201, the Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation documents, at the Daejeon District Court located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon on December 22, 201, as a public official in charge of not knowing the forgery thereof, the above Article 1-A.

As stated in paragraph C, a written consent to shorten the period and a written waiver of acceptance of new shares (part) in the forged C name were submitted to be held.

2. Crimes committed on April 2013;

A. On April 9, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents under the title of “written consent for long-term reduction” with computers from the E-at-law office located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon as a computer, etc., for the increase of capital of TDG COTD (TD), Article 418 of the Commercial Act and Article 419 of the Commercial Act.
