1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 31, 2005 to March 15, 2014.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. The part partially dismissed is that the Plaintiff sought payment of interest or delay damages at the rate of 25% per annum from May 30, 2005 to May 30, 2005. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge that there was an agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on interest. As to the loan 100,000,000 from May 31, 2005 to March 15, 2014, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, only 5% per annum under the Civil Act and 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of complete payment, and the remainder of the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed.
