Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

On June 21, 2014, around 17:00, the Defendant continued to drive the two-lanes of 11-lanes of the Hando apartment, Hancheon-si, Chuncheon, at the speed of 50km along the two-lanes from the direction of the chickens-distance to the Home Packer.

In this case, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front left and accurately manipulate the steering and brakes to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded without reducing speed, and did not find out the victim C (n.e., 21 years old) crossing the road from the left side of the running direction to the right side, and had the victim use it on the road by receiving the victim from the front part of the vehicle.

Ultimately, at around 21:38 on the same day, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to serious brain damage at the Chuncheon Acheon-si Hospital of the Korea Forest University, which was located in Chuncheon-si 77 on the same day.
