1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a licensed real estate agent who is engaged in real estate brokerage business under the trade name of building D and F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
B. Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) was the owner of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G factory site 9727m27m2 (which was divided into 3419m27m2 and 6308m22 on November 7, 2018, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu G factory site into 3419m2 and 6308m2; hereinafter “instant land”). As a broker, Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) requested the Plaintiff to sell the instant land to an amount of eight millionm2 per square meter.
C. The Plaintiff introduced the applicant for purchase to Defendant B to enter into the instant land sales contract, but the contract was not entered into due to the difference in the amount, and around March 2018, the Plaintiff introduced the instant land to Nonparty I and J, who found the site for the knowledge industry center development project.
I purchased the instant land from Defendant B and tried to participate in an industrial complex environmental improvement project with J, but gave up purchase due to differences in the amount, instead, Defendant B directly participated in the said project as a landowner with the help of I and J, but in consideration of the limit of the fund, Defendant B divided approximately 3,000 square meters of the instant land into two thousand one among them.
Thus, Defendant B, with the help of Nonparty K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”), operated by J around July 2018, was selected as a priority negotiation object in collusion with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation as an industrial complex environmental improvement fund. On August 1, 2018, Defendant B entered into a business support service contract for the construction and sale of a knowledge industry center L building in the instant land between K and K, and was finally selected as a M of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation around October 2018.
E. On November 7, 2018, Defendant B divided the instant land into 3419.7 square meters of land in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and H land in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and 6308 square meters of land, and the project is carried out.
