2. Around 20:00 on November 30, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business: (a) obstructed the victim’s marina business for approximately 30 minutes by force, on the grounds that the victim C and appraisal were not good at the entrance of the Cheongju-si HE site operated by the victim C; (b) on the ground that he was not good for the victim C and appraisal at the time of transfer; (c) interfered with the Defendant’s business, i.e., she interfered with the Defendant’s business.
