1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff Company A paid KRW 8,145,60, and KRW 1,000,000 to the Plaintiff Company B and C; and (b) each of the said amounts.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties (1) Plaintiff A and Defendant D, G, J, M (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant students”) together with Defendant D, G, J, and M (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant students”) were rapidly Easted with the R High School located in Q Q in Incheon Gyeyang-gu from March 2, 2012.

(2) Plaintiff B and C are the parents of Plaintiff A.

(3) Defendant E and F are the parents of Defendant D, Defendant H and I are the parents of Defendant G, Defendant K and L are the parents of Defendant J, Defendant N andO are the parents of Defendant M, and Defendant N andO are the parents of Defendant M, and the students of the Defendant depend on the economic parents by taking into account their respective parents’ protection and supervision at their residential places.

(hereinafter referred to as “the Defendant’s parents”) when the parents of the Defendant students are mentioned in total.

(1) The harmful act of Defendant students (1) Plaintiff A continuously experienced harassment from Defendant students for about one year, and the details of the harmful act of Defendant students are as follows.

(2) At around 10:00 on November 1, 2012, Defendant G provided a bath to Plaintiff A over 18 times by the said method for 13 days during which he/she had class classes until November 22, 2012, on the ground that he/she did not refuse to do so by the Plaintiff for the reason that he/she did not want to do so.
