A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall pay 168,800,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud in Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 23, 2011.

However, the defendant was not a doctor, and even if he received money from the victim because he was not well aware of the above H, he did not have the intention or ability to pay money to the above H.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as such, received a total of KRW 168,800,000 from around May 16, 2008, under the name of the victim, by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 1 million in cash from around May 16, 2008, from around August 2, 2011, from that time, from around August 2, 201, for total of 44 times as indicated in the list of crimes (1), (2), and (3).

In this respect, the defendant acquired the property from the victim.
