1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant B is a licensed real estate agent who runs real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” on the first floor of Suwon-si Office, and the Defendant Association is a mutual aid business entity which entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant B, a member of which the Plaintiff Association, on the ground that the deduction amount is KRW 100,000,000, and the deduction period is from May 6, 2010 to May 5, 2011, Defendant B caused property damage to a transaction party due to intentional or negligent conduct of real estate brokerage.

B. The building indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) was originally owned by the Overseas Telecom Co., Ltd.
