1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,590,741 as well as KRW 21,187,692 among them, from June 17, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. A judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That this part of the claim is without merit, inasmuch as there is no evidence to deem that the credit card payment claim against the Defendant, the Plaintiff asserted that it was taken over from Tyn Loan Co., Ltd. around April 30, 2012, had been established between Tyn Loan Co., Ltd. and the Defendant.
