Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.216% from the Do in front of the non-cafeteria cafeteria located in the Macheon-dong, Seoul, to the 4760m of the Macheon-gu Macheon-gu Macheon-gu Macheon-gu Macheon-si Do, Sungnam-si Do.
