Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2012, at around 17:30 on November 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by inserting and theft money by female employees inside the “C” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu; (b) with the opportunity to report and steals money by calculating the accounting unit next to the accounting unit; and (c) by inserting KRW 98,000 in cash by putting them into the left left part of the money by making use of the gap where surveillance is neglected.
