Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the "Creing" in Ansan-si B.

1. No singing practice room business operator shall arrange any person to drink alcoholic beverages with customers, or to have them sing or dance in a singing practice place for profit;

Nevertheless, at around August 17, 2016, the Defendant received 30,000 won per hour and arranged for entertainment to receive 30,000 won per customer for the purpose of making a profit due to the change of customer D in the 9 head office of the above business.

2. No singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages in a place of business;

Nevertheless, the suspect violated the code of practice by providing two cans per cans and 25,000 won per cans to each customer, other than D, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
