The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (five months of imprisonment and fine of 600,000 won) is too unreasonable.

2. The circumstances are acknowledged, such as the fact that the Defendant led to the confession of the instant crime and reflects his mistake, the Defendant’s payment of KRW 2.6 million to the victim and agreed that the victim does not want the punishment of the Defendant, and the Defendant appears to have been partly attributable to the instant crime, but the judgment of the lower court seems to have already been considered in the sentencing.

In addition, the crime of this case was committed by the Defendant, who heard the statement that the Defendant would be able to see the victim's life or body again from the victim on the road, and shotly discriminated against the victim's face, taking the victim's face unsatisfly, and taking the victim's face unsatisfly, several times thereafter, thereby inflicting an injury on the victim, and then taking the victim's face into account, and satisfying the police officer, and satisfying him, while arrested as a flagrant offender and waiting in the earth at the earth. In light of the law and contents of the crime, interview and satching, etc. of the crime, the crime was very poor, and the victim was seriously shocked to his head to the degree that he loses awareness. The victim might have a strong impact on the victim's life or body, and the defendant had a history of criminal punishment several times of violence, and the defendant's age, character and behavior, the defendant's environment, motive and circumstances of the crime of this case, etc.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is not accepted.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
