A. The Plaintiff is a person who engages in wholesale and retail business of sports goods with the trade name of “C” in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Metropolitan City.

Defendant K&Wer Co., Ltd. (former trade name before the alteration: Ulim International Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter “Defendant K&Wer”) is a company that manufactures and sells clothes, and Defendant Oral flass Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Oral flass”) is a company that manufactures and sells clothing, miscellaneous articles, and wholesale and retail business.

From May 2014 to June 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of goods (hereinafter “instant first contract”) with Defendant Oral flass and Defendant Oral flass to supply inventory brand sports clothes and shoes equivalent to KRW 38,866,90 (Additional tax separate), an inventory of KRW 406,738,000, an amount of KRW 98,000 to KRW 98,04,540 (including additional tax) respectively (hereinafter “instant first contract”).
