Punishment of the crime

[B] Based on Articles 25 and 34 of the Framework Act on Employment Policy, Article 25(1) of the Employment Insurance Act, and Article 7 of the Special Act on the Promotion of Youth Employment, the Ministry of Employment and Labor carries out the B business (hereinafter “instant business”) in order to provide young and old workers with opportunities to develop job ability, career formation, through experience of internship work in small and medium enterprises, inspiring broad awareness of occupation and active occupational awareness, and promote regular job employment suitable for aptitude and experience.
