Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 5, 2012 from around 19:00 to 20:00 on the same day, Defendant A and D, together with E and D, set the line by using 112 horse 12 at the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si G 1stm of Suwon-si from around 19:00 to around 20:00, the line was 14 divided by 13, and the remaining 59 of the line was 59, the line was 59, and the line was 89,000 won and 8,000,000 won in a way that a person, who first gets in line with the shoulder number, gets in line with the shoulder number.
2. Defendant B and H’s co-principal Defendant and H, together with the date and time, at the place, as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) and in the same manner as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1), carried out gambling, namely, “maring” eight times via eight times.
3. From December 201 to March 20:30 on March 5, 2012, Defendant A prepared 20:00 to prepare for the mambs and two mambs, etc. at the place under the above paragraph (1) and prepared a gambling place and provided the said place for gambling to customers visiting the said place, and operated a gambling place by receiving KRW 50,000 per 1,000 per 1,000 for the use thereof.
As a result, the defendant opened gambling houses for profit.
