Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a BMW car owned by himself.

On June 23, 2014, at around 14:37, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 100 meters from the front day of the mutual influorial convenience store located in the fluorial of the Sinpo-Eup in Gwangju City to the front day of 172-2 of the prisoners of war at the same Eup/Myeon.
