A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on July 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a link to a victim C (the age of 19), D (the age of 18), E (19), and F (the age of 19) who was walking at the top in Gangwon-gun B; (b) opened the link to the victims, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding surroundings, without any justifiable reason under the influence of alcohol; (c) laid down the link to the victims; and (d) opened the link to the victim, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding area, with a breath, which is a dangerous object entering the nearby area, and pushed the victims, and pushed them with the breath, as the victim C, the victim D, the victim E, and the victim E.

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying a link, a dangerous article, and assaulted victims.
