Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person who conducts public morals business shall allow any person to view or peruse obscene documents, drawings, motion pictures, records, video products, or other obscene materials.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in operating a PC with the trade name called DPC room in Busan-gu, Busan-do, installed an Internet computer in each room around May 8, 2018, and received 5,000 won per hour from many unspecified customers and allowed them to view and peruse adult obscene video works, thereby violating the rules of good customs business operators.
