Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 24, 2017, around 08:54, the Defendant: (a) stolen the first floor of the “C” building in the Heungdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) caused the theft of 1 gambling house in the market value of the victim D, which is the victim D.

2. On December 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a cafeteria of “G” operated by Cheongju-si E and the Victim F on December 7, 2017; (b) and (c) went into a cafeteria of Cheongju-si E and the Victim F; and (c) was at least 15,00 won at the market price of 5,00 won at 1,00 won at 1,00,000 won at the market price.

In order to bring one illness, it was attempted to find the victim's wife, which was discovered by the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd on the restaurant of the victimized person, and attempted to steal the property.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
