1. As to the cause of claim

A. In fact, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Defendant A, B, C, and D, Unregistered Building General Office, E, and Non-N architect Office with Seoul Western District Court Decision 2006Gadan67698, and sentenced the following judgment from the above court on December 19, 2006. The above judgment was finalized on February 3, 2007; January 4, 2007; February 1, 2007 against Defendant B; and February 1, 2007 against Defendant C.

1. The Plaintiff:

A. The defendant B and D, and the non-corporate office of non-corporate construction are jointly and severally and severally 293,129,291 won and 292,645,769 won among them, 18% per annum from December 23, 2002 to May 31, 2005, 15% per annum from the next day to November 23, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment;

B. Defendant C Co., Ltd. is the above A.

Defendant B and D as described in the subsection, and the non-corporate office of non-corporate architect shall be jointly and severally described above A.

Of the money stated in paragraph (1), 91,121,848 won and 90,827,126 won among them shall be 18% per annum from December 23, 2002 to May 31, 2005; 15% per annum from such date to November 23, 2006; and 20% per annum from such date to the date of full payment;

C. The defendant A, E, or non-permanent architect office is above A.

Defendant B and D as described in the subsection, and joint and several offices for non-permanent construction.

Of the money stated in paragraph (1), 18% per annum from December 23, 2002 to May 31, 2005, 15% per annum from the next day to November 23, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, with respect to KRW 202,201,843 and KRW 201,818,643 among them, shall be paid, respectively.

2) The remainder of the subrogated payment by the Plaintiff is KRW 188,580,393 (70,363,801 won), and the amount of finalized damages is KRW 107,382,167 ( KRW 18,739,653 won, KRW 88,642,514), and the penalty is KRW 274,70 ( KRW 85,900), and the amount of subrogated payment is KRW 437,800 ( KRW 18,800).
