1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 152,310,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 1, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. On July 17, 2015, the indication of the claim: (a) the portion of the miscellaneous, window, glass and panel construction among the construction works for new construction of a new warehouse located in Permitted-si B or Freezing B, which was ordered by the Defendant on July 17, 2015, is set at KRW 330,000,000; and (b) the period from July 17, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (c) the payment of the unpaid amount among the construction works for the Defendant’s subcontract is made directly to the Plaintiff. The settlement agreement on the completion of construction on December 15, 2015 - the remaining amount of KRW 152,310,000 (the delivery date of a copy of the complaint - August 31, 2016) by publication under the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)3(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
