Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:20 on March 8, 2013, the Defendants together reported the network of Defendant B to the front of the D Apartment House in the vicinity of the B apartment, and Defendant A stolen 50 cash cards owned by the victim G et al. and 49 persons, both of which were kept in the following vehicle, by using the door of the F-wing and F-on loan freight car owned by E, and Defendant A stolen them by taking advantage of the door of the F-on loan car.

2. At around 03:48 on March 8, 2013, the Defendants jointly withdrawn KRW 30,000,000 by using the cash card (Account Number H) of a national bank owned by G, which was stolen as referred to in the above paragraph (1), and then withdrawn KRW 300,000,000,000 in cash, and KRW 2.330,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in cash card (Account Number L) owned by K, from around Bon-si convenience stores.

3. At around 04:10 on March 8, 2013, the Defendants jointly carried out a cash withdrawal machine, which is managed by the victims of the victim’s name in the estestr in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, using a vehicle, Defendant A used the vehicle to put the victim’s name in the above convenience store. Defendant B used the vehicle to board the vehicle and 30,000 won, using one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative Cash Card (Account Number N) which was stolen as set forth in the above paragraph (1). Defendant B then withdrawn KRW 70,00 won by using the cash card as set forth in the above paragraph (2) above, and KRW 40,000,000,000 from the cash card set forth in the said paragraph (2) of G owned.
