The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years after the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to classification of mountainous districts specified by Presidential Decree, size, etc.

From December 2, 2014 to May 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed large-scale trees owned by Yan-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) removed large-scale trees from Yan-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (c) made land flat; and (d) newly constructed a building to be used as a gold forwarder at the above place.

Accordingly, the Defendant used approximately 350.53 square meters in mountainous districts without obtaining permission from the Boban market.
