A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special intimidation on March 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the house of the victim D (ma, 37 years of age) of the victim C of the Michuhol-gu Incheon B Housing, Michuhol-gu B house; (b) sent a bath to the former workplace E; and (c) sent an empty baby in the relevant place on the ground that the victim was able to restrain it; (d) sent an empty baby in his/her horse on the ground that the victim was satched; and (e) took the kitchen knife (32.5 cm in total length, 23.5 cm in length; and (e) taken the kitchen knife in his/her kitchen knife in his/her kitchen, the Defendant stated “the kitchen knife” in this part of the charges; (b) but at the time the Defendant recognized the special intimidation, the Defendant “the part of the kitchen knife’s kitchen knife” in this case was lawfully disputed by the court’s evidence.
