1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:20, the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building “In front of the road”; (b) caused the victim B (n, 27 years of age) scambling the Defendant’s proposal on the same day through tamping scam, thereby damaging the victim’s cell phone, and destroying the victim’s face by scambling the victim’s cell phone on the floor; (c) caused the victim’s left hand by a defect in the victim’s cell phone, and (d) caused the victim’s loss by scambling the Defendant at one time; and (d) caused the victim’s scam in front of the victim’s body by scambling the victim’s head by scambling the Defendant’s scam on one occasion; and (d) caused the victim to scambling the head of the cement; and (d) caused the victim to scam in the cement.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the victim to use the victim's 6 floud phone 429,00 won to repair the victim's 6 floud phone, and caused approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim, and caused the victim's ma, face, and floud and strawing.
