1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 95,458,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from November 6, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a person engaged in the manufacturing business of agricultural machinery parts with the trade name called C, and the Defendant is a person engaged in the retail business of agricultural machinery with the trade name called D.
B. Upon the Defendant’s request from March 2012 to July 10, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied agricultural machinery parts and finished products equivalent to KRW 127,970,000. The Defendant confirmed that the price for the goods not paid by the Defendant up to June 11, 2015 was KRW 128,350,000 and signed on the transaction statement issued by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “transaction statement”).
C. According to the account books in which the Plaintiff entered the details of the transaction with the Defendant during the said transaction period (hereinafter “instant transaction account books”), the amount of the Defendant’s unpaid goods to the Plaintiff is KRW 128,350,000 as of June 11, 2015, and is KRW 102,970,000 as of September 10, 2015.

2. Issues and judgments
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Plaintiff’s assertion is based on the amount indicated in the trading statement of this case and KRW 102,970,00,00, which is the amount indicated in the trading account book of this case on September 10, 2015. The Defendant’s payment of a promissory note with a face value of KRW 50,000,000 for the payment of the purchase price of the goods, and the above promissory note was accounts for the payment of the purchase price of the goods, and the amount of KRW 104,970,00,000, which is added to the difference of KRW 48,000,000,000,000, which is omitted in the trading account of this case or additionally paid by the Defendant (i.e., the amount of KRW 2,00,000,000 for the settlement of the purchase price of the goods and KRW 310,000,000 for the Plaintiff.
