Punishment of the crime

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B

(a) Violation of the Automobile Management Act - Any person who intends to run a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport;

Nevertheless, around March 23, 2013, the Defendants: (a) have F purchase a Pland Car from a person other than the owner on the register; (b) have QW 2 from a person other than the owner on the register at the same place on May 20, 2012; (c) have H purchase a RW 2 car from a person other than the owner on the register at the same place on the register at the same time and around February 20, 2014; (d) have BW 2 I purchase a SW 2 car at the same place on the same date and around February 15, 2014; and (e) have BW 2 I purchase a vehicle from a person other than the owner on the register at the same place on the register at around February 3, 2014; and (e) have BW 1, 2014 from a person other than the owner on the register at the same place on the register and around 21, 2014.
