1. The Defendant’s decision on performance recommendation is based on the Jeonju District Court 2017 Ghana25457 claim against the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. With respect to A vehicle (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”), the Defendant is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to B vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).

B. In relation to the traffic accident that occurred as follows (hereinafter “instant accident”), the Defendant paid KRW 304,800 insurance money at the repair cost of the Defendant’s vehicle on March 31, 2017.

On June 1, 2017, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff for a claim for reimbursement amounting to the Jeonju District Court 2017 Ghana25457, Jun. 5, 2017, the Defendant received a decision on performance recommendation that “the Plaintiff shall pay to the Defendant the amount equivalent to 304,800 won and the annual 5% from April 1, 2017 to June 9, 2017, and the annual 15% from the next day to the date of full payment,” and the said decision on performance recommendation was finalized on June 24, 2017.
