A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2014, the Defendant discovered the Defendant’s home located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, that “the Internet “NAVER Gona website” was connected to the Internet site, and concluded that the Defendant would sell a camera by phone call to the victim.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell Kameras.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received transfer of KRW 820,000,000 from that time to December 9, 2014, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 22, including transfer of KRW 10,256,00 from the victim’s bank account (Account Number E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to take the property by deceiving them.
