Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2013, at around 01:30, the Defendant driven a Crenren car with about 100 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.153 percent while under the influence of alcohol at the entrance of the Han new apartment located in the same Dong as the Han new apartment in Busan Northern-gu B apartment.
