A Imprisonment of one year and six months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1,000,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From March 11, 2016 to May 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) employed “E” officetels 202, 206, 404, and 708 in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) reported an advertisement on “H” to “G” in the Internet website; and (c) received KRW 1.50,00 won from male customers, and paid to female employees, and (d) assisted sexual traffic by having female employees engage in sexual intercourse with customers.

B. On June 2016, from around 00:05 to July 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed a “J” officetel 919, which was located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) placed a K ( female employees); and (c) placed a male customer who received 1.50,00 won from a male customer who reported an advertisement posted in the trade name of “M” on the Internet website; and (d) provided a female employee with a sexual intercourse with his/her customer, and (e) assisted sexual traffic by having the female employee to engage in sexual intercourse with his/her customer.

2. Defendant B: (a) around May 4, 2016 from May 11, 2016 to May 11, 2016; (b) around 206 of the above “E” officetels 206; (c) received 100,000 won per male customer and engaged in sexual intercourse.

3. On April 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:0 to May 5, 2016, 2016, Defendant C provided guidance to a room in which male guests are female employees, and (b) provided guidance to help them engage in sexual traffic for business purposes as described in paragraph (a). In doing so, the Defendant provided guidance to a room in which they are female employees.
