Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highly 4716" is a member of the local reserve forces.

1. On August 31, 2015, the Defendant, on August 21, 2015, received a notice of convening a reserve force training under the name of the Vice-Chairperson 6339 of the Army (30 hours) and did not receive the said training without justifiable grounds, even though he/she received a notice of convening a reserve force training under the name of the Vice-Chairperson 6339 of the Army, which was conducted at the training site of the 6339 unit in the 6339 unit located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, to attend the training site of the 4th unit in the 6339 unit located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, and from August 31, 2015 to September 3, 2015.

On September 24, 2015, the Defendant, on September 10, 2015, failed to undergo the above training without justifiable grounds, even after receiving a notice of convening a call for training of the reserve forces under the name of the commander of 6339, 639, 2014, which was conducted at the training site of the reserve forces in 6339, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, to participate in the 6th carrying forward training conducted at the training site of the reserve forces in 2014, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan.

The defendant of "2016 High 1041" is a member of the local reserve forces.

On October 7, 2015, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds even after receiving a notice of convening a reserve force training in the name of the commander of the 6339 unit in the 14th unit in the 2012, which was conducted at the training site for the 4th unit in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, to attend the 6339 unit training site for the 4th unit in the 2015, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu.
