Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Cheongju District Court's Chungcheong District Court's Assistance, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 21, 2018.
1. On June 2, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) around 15:45, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with a gallon in D gallon without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the “C” located in B in Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheong-si, 3, and the front of the mountain 2km-si.
