Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Former JJ 2,632 shares of the Defendant 2,260/2,632 shares, K 266/2,632 shares, and L 106/2,632 shares. On November 25, 1968, 2260 shares before J, M 266, N 266, and 40 shares beforeO were transferred to each of the above lands.
B. On December 9, 1968, according to the land readjustment project for the land in the Pdong Pdong, the land after the above subdivision was replaced by Q29, R 524, R 764, S 808, T 106, U 178 (hereinafter “the previous land”), and the ownership and share ratio were transferred to each of the above land as before.
C. After that, as a land readjustment project for Pdong Pdong's land, including the previous land in this case, was implemented again, on February 17, 1981, the previous land in this case was replaced with H 163.2 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the site in this case) and I large 260.6 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the site in this case) in the name of the defendant for the land in this case Nos. 1 and 2 of this case. The registration of transfer of shares in relation to the land in this case was completed on October 3, 1970 on March 24, 1981 on the ground that V purchased L's share on October 3, 1970.
The previous land of this case is in the shape of a knife, which had been set at the direction of the road. Before its lot number was set, it was located on the north-west, N, O, W to the south, and X land. However, the above W land was transferred in sequence to Z, Z, AB, etc. by its ownership title, and the above X land was transferred in sequence to Y, AB, etc.
E. The instant land No. 2 was replaced with the point where the railroad located in the north direction from the land before replotting. The instant land No. 1 was replaced with the point where the intermediate size corresponds to that of the N andO land before replotting, and the remainder was replaced in the form that deviates from the land before replotting in the right direction.
