The Defendants publish the summary of the judgment on each of the Defendants not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the representative director of the Defendant Company B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”), and the Defendant Company is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling the packing materials for automobile parts.

A. From February 2013 to February 27, 2015, Defendant A sold the victim’s trademark right by selling rollers, softs, and roller slabs products (including sculptures, gold cells) with the trademark identical or similar to the “E” registered with the G Intellectual Property Office (hereinafter “instant trademark”).

B. Defendant A, a representative director, committed an act of violation as referred to in paragraph A with respect to his own business.

2. In full view of the basic facts charged, trademark registration certificate, trademark registration ledger, business registration certificate, patent adjudication ruling and the documents submitted by the Defendants, the following facts can be acknowledged.

A. The victim registered the trademark of this case and the pertinent trademark of this case respectively as follows.

1) The filing date of an application for trademark A)/registration number: F/G/DB components: (c) designated goods consisting of rollererer consortiums, liftss (excluding skiing liftss and chemical liftss), printing equipment for transporting people and products, rollerer b) filing date/registration filing date/registration date/registration number / (F/H/I (B) composition: C) connecting metal manufacturing machinery, metal manufacturing tools, metal manufacturing, metal manufacturing, pipeline metal manufacturing, pipes, metal connections, pipes connected to the instant pipes (hereinafter “Pipes, etc.”) and pipes related to the instant goods: metal connecting the pipe-related components, metal connecting the pipe-related components, metal connecting the pipe of this case;

B. The Defendants are to the Intellectual Property Tribunal.
