On April 27, 2015, at around 23:33, the Defendant driven a gallon vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 100 meters from the 100-meter section around the Uniform apartment road located in the Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, to the Amallon road located in the same ambro-dong.
