1. The Plaintiff:

A. (1) Defendant D and E jointly and severally, KRW 141,804,032; and (2) Defendant B shall be jointly and severally and severally with Defendant D and E.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) The Plaintiff is a juristic person established for the purpose of financial business with the authorization of establishment pursuant to the Credit Unions Act on March 1973, 1973, which was established around July 1977 (hereinafter “HF”) and comprehensively succeeds to all rights and obligations of HFF after its merger around November 2013.

(2) Defendants B, C, D, E, and F were employed as officers and employees of H new consultation, as described below [Attachment 1].

C. The Financial Supervisory Service, the public prosecutor of the National Credit Union Federation of Korea, and the disciplinary action (1) The Financial Supervisory Service, around June 2007, conducted sector inspections on HWC, and let HWC conduct such inspections around October 2007.
