A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (the age of 22) came to know through the Peston, and continued to have a sexual intercourse and internal relationship around November 8, 2014, but the victim C has been faced with conflict as a matter of intending to hedge with the defendant and failing to make a reply to the Kakao Stockholm message.

1. On December 24, 2014, the Defendant was under confinement with the victim C at the EMoel 506 room located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and the victim’s cell phone message was examined, and the victim’s cell phone message was not given any answer to the message sent by the Defendant, and the other party was immediately informed.

As a result, the Defendant detained the victim from around December 25, 2014 on the following day to the point of view, such as when her face is scleeped with the victim's scam, and when she sckeed the victim's face, and lost scke, etc.

2. At around 00:10 on December 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the situation in which the victim C was frighted by tearing the clothes of the victim, taking advantage of the situation in which the victim was frighted, she was frighted; (b) took off the victim from the bed; and (c) took off the victim from the bed, “one defect and only once,” she sated the victim’s resistance by raising an appearance; and (d) inserted the victim’s sexual organ on the part of the vessel into the victim’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the Defendant raped the victim.

3. A murder, attempted murder, and the Defendant got out of the victim C and the motel around 11:00 on December 25, 2014.

At around 13:45 on the same day, the victim C was under contact with his/her parent that he/she arrived in front of studio, and she went away as it was, and the Defendant saw that she was able to kill the victim C.

The defendant is in excess of the total length, which is a dangerous object in the above room room.
