1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 258,489,00 with full payment from February 16, 2016.

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

Basic Facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that engages in the business of designing semiconductor circuits directly, and the Defendant is a company that develops, manufactures, and sells electronic equipment.

B. (a) Advance payment: 30% of the total development cost when a contract is made (USD$ 240,000, VAT Map);

D. Balance: In the event that development costs are paid in each subparagraph of 20% (USD$ 160,000, VAT separate) of the development costs when Sringle chips are supplied, the Plaintiff shall issue a tax invoice to the Defendant, and the applicable exchange rate shall apply to the first sale rate for telegraph transfer on the date of issuance of the tax invoice.

The defendant shall pay the development price to the plaintiff in cash or in cash within 30 days from the date of issuance of the tax invoice.

The arrears due to the delay in the payment of the price shall be the number of days exceeding the deadline for each payment by the relevant payment phase (1/100)/1 of the amount paid by the relevant payment phase.
