On July 26, 2014, at around 20:52, the Defendant driven CM520 vehicles while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.198% from the section of approximately 100 meters from the front of Suwon-si B to the front of the white hospital located in the same Gu.
