1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 34,543,300 and KRW 2,830,00 among them, from June 6, 2019 to the date of full payment.

A. The Defendant is a member who applied for a credit card (credit card theory/alternative exchange theory) handled by the Plaintiff Company and used it.

B. As of June 5, 2019, the Defendant did not pay the above credit card fee as follows.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 2,830,00 won with the agreed interest rate of 16.2% per annum from June 6, 2019 to the date of full payment, 18.7% per annum from June 6, 2019 to the date of full payment, 21.1% per annum from June 6, 2019 to the date of full payment, 25,000 won per annum from June 6, 2019 to June 6, 2019 to the date of full payment.

3. The plaintiff's claim for the conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
