Punishment of the crime
[2] On September 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court), and on January 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for larceny. On April 24, 2013, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for the same crime. On December 16, 2017, around 15:00 on December 16, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C, with one cart owned by the victim equivalent to KRW 90,000 of the market price where the victim was placed at the front of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, by using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim was neglected.
