Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall transfer or acquire any means of access unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts in using and managing the means of access.

Nevertheless, around August 2014, the Defendant accepted the offer that “if you send the passbook, the Defendant will give KRW 3 million per unit of the passbook” by telephone from a person who has no personal identity, and then delivered the passbook, cash card, and password to the above person under the name of the Defendant on the street, around 13:00 on August 1, 2014, through Kwikset service.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access for electronic financial transactions.
