1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 966,285,887 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 27, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff and B Co., Ltd. concluded the instant construction contract with the Defendant on June 13, 2014, designating the Plaintiff as the representative contractor, and as C&A construction landscaping work (hereinafter “instant construction work”).

The total construction cost shall be KRW 12,945,916,00, and the total completion date shall be stated as June 14, 2016, and the first minute of the instant construction works (hereinafter referred to as “each minute of the instant construction works”).

(2) The Plaintiff and the Defendant respectively concluded a contract for construction works, which set the date of commencement as of June 16, 2014, with the construction cost of KRW 2,195,00,000, and the date of commencement, as of December 12, 2014. (2) The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract for the second construction works as of December 19, 2014; the third construction contract as of June 29, 2015; the fourth construction contract as of March 18, 2016; and the fifth construction contract as of October 20, 2016.

3) On October 28, 2016, B Company B transferred the Plaintiff the right to receive the progress of the instant construction and the construction cost corresponding to the shares of Company B. B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant extended the construction period of the first minute construction. Accordingly, the Plaintiff completed the first minute construction on April 30, 2015.
