1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant A is the building listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list;
B. Defendant B shall set out in attached list No. 2.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 28, 2014, the Plaintiff leased the real estate listed in attached Table No. 1 to Defendant A for a fixed period of KRW 47,910,00, KRW 244,990 per month of rent, and the period of April 30, 2016. Defendant A delayed payment from June 2015.
B. On April 29, 2014, the Plaintiff leased the real estate listed in attached Table 2(2) to Defendant B by the period of KRW 10,480,00 per deposit, KRW 79,640 per month of rent, and the period of May 31, 2016. Defendant B was in arrears since July 2014.
C. On October 13, 2013, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 to Defendant C by the period of KRW 10,480,00 per deposit, KRW 79,640 per month of rent, and the period of October 31, 2015. Defendant B was in arrears from September 2014.
On March 27, 2015, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in attached Table 4 to Defendant D by the period of KRW 11,50,000 per deposit, KRW 127,00 per month of rent, and the period of March 31, 2017. Defendant B was in arrears from May 2015.
E. The Plaintiff, through the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, expressed the intent to terminate each of the above lease agreements with the Defendants on the grounds of a three-year grace period, and each of the above lease agreements was terminated.
