On May 5, 2016, around 00:01, the Defendant driven a 700-meter car free of the vehicle driver’s license, with approximately 14 meters section of 700 meters in front of the front of the Gu grassland, on the road in front of the Hanpo-si, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, one-ro 1-20, Gopo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
