A Imprisonment for one year and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 5, 201 to September 9, 2011, Defendant B’s crime was the actual owner of the game in which the “G game room” was operated in 403 of the F building in Sungnam-si. H is the employee who managed the funds of the above game room. The above Defendant and I are the head of the business who managed the customers and employees of the above game room. The J is the head of the place of the above game room, and K and L were the employees of the above game room. The above Defendant in collusion with E, H, I, J, J, K and L from September 5, 201 to September 9, 201, provided 100 game products after deducting 60 game products from the above game classification committee from the above game room to the above game classification committee, and the search for them are made by having customers use the game products using the above name and the name of customers with the above game products and offered them with the remainder of the game products acquired by changing them by 10%.
