1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2015, the Defendant transferred one physical card (Account Number C) connected to the account of the Korea Standards Bank (Account Number B) in the name of the Defendant at the Chuncheon bus terminal located in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, 2341, from a bus receipt on April 13:00, 2015, via bus freight, and notified the above person of the password of each of the above physical card through a mobile phone on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred an electronic form card used to make a transaction request in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and transaction details, and a password necessary to use it.
