1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 78,648,692 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. B owned KRW 78,648,692 (hereinafter “instant claim for the price of goods”) to the Defendant.
B on November 30, 2015, transferred the instant claim for the price of goods to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendant of the assignment of the said claim on December 3, 2015, and the said notification was delivered to the Defendant around that time.
B. On December 7, 2015, the Defendant drafted a written confirmation confirming that the Plaintiff would repay KRW 78,648,692 to the Plaintiff the instant goods price claim that the Plaintiff acquired from B.

2. Determination
A. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay the above amount and damages for delay to the plaintiff who acquired KRW 78,648,692, the price claim of the goods in this case, unless there are special circumstances.
B. The defendant's assertion was asserted to the effect that B promised the defendant to pay KRW 4,50,000 per month on the part of the defendant's activities for the factory's operation, but did not pay it for 11 months. The defendant suffered damages of KRW 23,50,000 on the part of the defendant's V defect, which was supplied by B to the defendant, and thus, it should be offset against the claim for the price for the goods of this case. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge this. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 78,648,692, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 20, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the payment order of this case sought by the plaintiff, to the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
